Welcome to ASTERIA TRANSPORTATION INC.

ASTERIA TRANSPORTATION INC is pleased to provide you with services subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully before accessing or using the services. By using this website and/or service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein, without limitation or exclusion, and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and asteriadrive.com are void and have no effect. All content on the asteriadrive.com website ("Site") is intended for residents of the United States only. asteriadrive.com maintains the Site for your personal use and information.

Waiting Time (Applies only to point-to-point services)

  • Airport Arrival for Domestic Flights: Waiting time charges commence 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. After 15 minutes, waiting time is charged from the scheduled arrival time. Waiting time is calculated on an hourly basis. We do not charge waiting time for flight delays. Please note that you must specify the gate where you will be picked up.
  • Airport Arrival for International Flights: Waiting time charges commence 45 minutes after the scheduled departure time. After 45 minutes, waiting time is charged from the scheduled arrival time. Waiting time is calculated on an hourly basis. We do not charge waiting time for flight delays. Please note that you must specify the gate where you will be picked up.
  • Pickup from Other Locations: Waiting time charges commence 15 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. After 15 minutes, waiting time is charged from the scheduled arrival time. Waiting time is calculated on an hourly basis. Train schedules cannot be controlled, so billing starts at the scheduled arrival time.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be submitted via email to asteriatransportation@gmail.com. ASTERIA TRANSPORTATION INC will respond to you with a cancellation notification via email. Please retain this email for future reference as timely cancellation confirmation. We do not accept cancellations over the phone. The date when the cancellation notice was received by ASTERIA TRANSPORTATION INC or its agents will determine the applicable cancellation fee. We are not responsible for cancellation fees incurred due to errors, weather conditions, flight cancellations, family emergencies, double bookings, or incorrect dates or information. Only if a cancellation request is made within 1 hour of booking, it may be cancelled free of charge. If cancellation is made after 1 hour of booking, no deposit refund will be made. Refunds may be available from credit card issuing banks, in accordance with the above policies.

Point-to-Point Service Cancellation

Round trips must be canceled as two separate bookings. For any cancellation made from the time of booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a penalty of 30% of the trip cost will be charged. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will result in full payment equal to the cost of the trip.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking. Refunds from credit card issuing banks, in accordance with the above policies.

Hourly Service Cancellation (Applies to all vehicles)

A non-refundable deposit of 30% will be charged at the time of booking. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled pickup will result in a loss of 100% of the total invoice amount. Refunds from credit card issuing banks, in accordance with the above policies.

Cancellation of Full-Day Driver Packages

A non-refundable deposit of 30% will be charged at the time of booking. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled pickup will result in a loss of 100% of the total invoice amount.

Packages are paid for from garage to garage, the hour starts from the time the vehicle leaves our facility in Boston until the vehicle returns to our facility in Boston.

Refunds from credit card issuing banks, in accordance with the above policies.

Changes to Booking

Any changes to an existing booking must be made via email by sending an email to asteriatransportation@gmail.com or by phone by calling 857-363-30-90. Once the change is made, the client will be sent a corrected email with updated information. During service, if a client changes the drop-off location, additional fees will be charged based on the new location. For hourly service, additional hours may be added at the same rate as the original booking (subject to vehicle availability). ASTERIA TRANSPORTATION INC reserves the right to refuse to extend the service if the vehicle is not available, completing the service in accordance with the original agreement.

During Service/Trip

ASTERIA TRANSPORTATION INC is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. All vehicles are non-smoking. Passengers are prohibited from opening the car door while it is in motion, throwing items from the car, or shouting and exposing body parts outside the car. Eating is not recommended, and alcohol is not allowed. If a passenger becomes ill in the vehicle and/or damages the interior of the vehicle, a cleaning fee of $300 will be charged to the credit card on file.

The client assumes minimal material responsibility in the amount of $300 for any "Physical Damage" to the vehicle caused by any passenger. This includes damage caused by improper use of the vehicle and its contents, including but not limited to, audio/video equipment, lighting, upholstery, carpeting, and all other external/internal components of the vehicle.

The decision regarding non-standard use or wear of the vehicle rests entirely with ASTERIA TRANSPORTATION INC.

Standing in vehicles is prohibited, even if the vehicle is stopped in traffic. All passengers must remain seated at all times. Minor passengers must always be accompanied by one or two adults. Passengers must allow the driver to open and close all doors at all times to ensure the safety of all passengers and the vehicle. Clients and their guests agree to maintain acceptable personal behavior at all times.

Where to Meet the Driver at Logan Airport

  • Terminal A - Logan Airport: Exit baggage claim, cross two lanes of traffic, and turn left to meet the driver at the designated limousine area.
  • Terminal B - Logan Airport: Pickups are on the arrival level. Exit the terminal, cross 2 lanes of traffic into the garage. There will be a large sign for limousines. The driver will be waiting with your name on a sign.
  • Terminal C - Logan Airport: From baggage claim, take the elevator to ground level central parking. Once you exit, you will see the limousine pick-up area.
  • Terminal E - Logan Airport: Go to the terminal exit. Go outside, cross two lanes of traffic, and turn left. The driver will be waiting for you at the limousine waiting area.
  • South Station Boston (All Trains): Exit South Station terminal onto Atlantic Avenue. Walk left towards the taxi stand.

No-Show Fee

A no-show fee equal to the full trip cost plus applicable wait time will be charged if the passenger fails to appear at the designated meeting location. To avoid this fee, passengers should not leave designated pick-up locations without calling ASTERIA TRANSPORTATION INC at 857-363-30-90.

Additional Expenses

All expenses, including tolls, parking, airport fees, will be billed to the client.

Payment Methods

We accept cash and most major credit cards, AMEX, Master Card, Visa, and Discover.

Hourly Rates

Hourly rates are charged from the time the driver leaves the asteriadrive.com facility in Boston, MA, until the time of return. Fractions of an hour are billed at half the hourly rate.

Gratuity and Tips

ASTERIA TRANSPORTATION INC drivers receive a 20% service charge entirely as a tip.

We Reserve the Right

ASTERIA TRANSPORTATION INC reserves the right to cancel any service without refund if the operator or office believes that the renter/group of renters puts the driver or vehicle or renter/group of renters in danger of injury. Or if the renter/group of renters is found in possession of any illegal materials or substances, this service will be canceled without refund. No exceptions.

Electronic Communications

When you visit asteriadrive.com or send us emails, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Other

ASTERIA TRANSPORTATION INC shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions, road conditions, and breakdowns. ASTERIA TRANSPORTATION INC reserves the right to substitute vehicles for reasons beyond its control, if ASTERIA TRANSPORTATION INC is unable to perform in accordance with this agreement, its liability is limited to a full refund of monies paid by the client and does not exceed the deposit paid. ASTERIA TRANSPORTATION INC is not responsible for the loss or damage of luggage or personal items, as well as any items left in the car. This agreement constitutes the entire and final agreement between the parties and may only be amended by written agreement signed by both parties.

Applicable Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Massachusetts. In the event of any dispute or disagreement over any of the provisions of this agreement, such dispute or disagreement shall be resolved by the courts of the state of Massachusetts.

Possible Changes to the Agreement

ASTERIA TRANSPORTATION INC reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement at its discretion without prior notice. All changes take effect from the date of their publication on the website.
